Some trailers are more than just steel and bolts—they carry stories, memories, and a whole lot of history. That was the case with this 1971 W&W Stock Trailer restoration project, originally bought brand new by our client and her dad when she first started barrel racing. Decades later, instead of scrapping it and buying new, she chose to restore it—and we were honored to bring it back to life.

At Dark Horse Metal Works, we believe in preserving the things that matter. This trailer has hauled horses, memories, and family traditions—and now, fully restored, it's ready to keep doing that for another generation (or two).

From frame repairs to fresh metal work and refinishing, we brought this sentimental piece back to full working condition—stronger than ever and ready for the road ahead.

Because some things are worth saving. And that's just how cowboys and cowgirls operate!
